Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Excel Centre set to open at the end of January 2026 . This beautiful new service will feature four rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher /Educational Leader to join the foundation team at Excel. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will work closely with educators each day, leading by example and driving best practice in early education. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, collaboration, and support. Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation. Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that nurture each child’s growth, curiosity, and development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education. Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and Excels’ values. Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met and upheld.
